Which hospital do you recommend?
Depending of medical problem and location in China, we’ll refer you to the most appropriate hospital and we’ll give you if necessary some information related to the local standard in local hospitals

I stay in a hotel and I am sick. Could you help?
Yes, of course. Depending of your location in China, we even can arrange house call. If this service is not available, we’ll arrange a consultation to the nearest appropriate hospital.

My insurance told me that cost for emergency ambulance as well as urgent consultation are covered. What should I do?
Give to us your insurance number, contact as well as your policy insurance number and we’ll inform your insurance who will contact you and make the necessary.

I am in the hospital but I don’t feel comfortable with the environment. Could you help me?
-of course, you can contact us 24h/24h, at anytime you need to talk to us for help. We can also talk regularly with your treating doctor and update you about your condition in order you understand what’s going on. We also can give you some recommendations

I need a taxi once I arrive at the airport. How can I recognize the taxi?
-Very simple. The taxi driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with your name written on the signboard. Please inform us in advance, better before you depart.
